The short version

Hilum is an early working test, offered free of charge so people can try it and give feedback. There is no company or legal entity behind it yet, and no one is currently selling the service. By using the test you accept these terms.

What Hilum is right now

A trial. It is provided as is, with no guarantees that it will work, stay available, keep your data, or be free of errors. Features may change, break, or disappear, and the whole test may be paused or shut down at any time without notice. Please keep your own copies of anything important — do not rely on Hilum as your only record.

Who is offering it

The Hilum team, informally. There is no registered company, and this is not a commercial service. Nothing here creates a paid contract or a promise of a paid service in the future.

Using the test

Please use Hilum reasonably. In particular, do not:

• upload unlawful content, or anything you don’t have the right to use;
• try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the test or other users’ data;
• use it for anything illegal.

You are responsible for what you put into the app and for keeping your login details safe. We may suspend or remove access if the test is misused.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the test, as described in the Privacy Statement.

No warranties, no liability

Because this is a free test with no company behind it, it comes with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Hilum team is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the test, including lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

When Hilum becomes a real service run by a legal entity, these terms will be replaced with a fuller version. Continuing to use the test after an update means you accept the updated terms.
